Color Variation: Please note that jewelry colors may slightly vary in person due to display limitations. Returns/exchanges based on color variation are not accepted.

Damaged Products: We accept exchanges only if the product is damaged in transit and notified to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Sale Products: Products purchased during sales are non-refundable.
